Didnt know anything about purchasing a property when I first came to Georgia from TMC. She spoke me through it and booked me in for a zoom meeting to discuss funds and get something in principle with a lender. Once I found the property that I wanted to purchase, Georgia put me in a full application and only charged a small fee for this to be done.

My first property fell through so she put another application in free of charge for a different property. What a great service from her and TMC. Id recommend them 100%, she was responsive instantly to any of my queries and helped it become a smooth transaction

Where to start? After our current mortgage lender turned us down for a home mover mortgage and another, recommended, mortgage broker failed to respond to phone calls and emails, a google search turned up Tarleton Mortgage Centre. From the word go Rachel has been nothing less than amazing. As a customer I am demanding, impatient and hard work, but Rachel didn't give me the chance to be any of those things as she was so on the ball.

Just when we thought all hope was lost of getting a new mortgage, TMC came through, understood our situation and complicated finances completely and were effortless to deal with. We now get to move into our forever home and that is almost entirely down to Rachel and TMC's inane professionalism and commitment. I can not recommend them highly enough.
